A reliable solution
The assembly of micromechanical parts by laser welding is an economical, reliable and precise solution. Laser welding offers a number of advantages compared with other assembly methods:
- No weld metal
- Assembly without bending of thin layers
- Aesthetic aspect of the weld
- Waterproof, with no retention areas
- Thermally affected area heavily reduced
- Mechanical resistance
Total safety
All our welding is performed using argon gas or helium to avoid any risk of corrosion. In order to guarantee that the welds are waterproof and of a high quality, we perform checks using helium at 10-9 or with a dynamometer.
Our equipment
Adapted welding centres
Our YAG welding centre equipment allows us to create the following types of welds:
- Butt weld
- Spot weld
- Circular or linear seam
- Fillet weld
- By transparency in thin layers
Small, medium and large series production
Our equipment allows us to produce small and medium series (50 – 1000 parts), as well as very large series (1000 – 100,000 parts) using automatic loading systems.
